All remanufactured and procured items must meet or exceed original performance requirements.

Bidders must adhere to stringent military packaging (MIL-STD-2073-1, ISPM 15), marking (MIL-STD-129, CAD/PAD Item Marking Instruction Ver 1.6 for HRI/MRI), and hazardous material handling standards (UN0186, Class 1.3C). An Electrostatic Discharge Control Program is mandatory. The contractor will manage Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Materials (GFM), provide advanced Reports of Shipment (REPSHIP), and maintain a quality program modeled on ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100. Various Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items, including ECPs, NORs, Test Reports, and Production Status Reports, must be submitted. Procedures for rework and repair of nonconforming material are also specified.
