Scope of Work

Place and Period of Performance
Services will be performed at the 55th Medical Group, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 0800-1730 hours, excluding Federal holidays.
Performance Standards
Key performance metrics include maintaining a 95% monthly equipment uptime. Response times are critical: scheduled maintenance must be coordinated at least three working days in advance, and unscheduled maintenance requires arrival no later than two work days after a service request. Technicians must be trained by the OEM or a qualified school and may need to provide certification.
