Scope of Work
NIST requires two (2) vertical roll out sheet racks to store and manage sheet metal materials in a laboratory environment. The racks must accommodate materials up to 52" x 48", with drawer dimensions of 52" x 48", and a capacity of 5000 pounds UDL per drawer. The system must be heavy-duty steel construction, engineer load rated, and designed for easy, single-sided access. The contractor is responsible for FOB Destination delivery and installation at NIST, Gaithersburg, MD, Building 304, no later than 60 days after receipt of order. Only new, unused equipment with a minimum 1-year warranty will be accepted. A schematic drawing is required.
