The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidental engineering for VTE services. This includes Emergency/Urgent/Routine (EUR) work orders, Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program, Inspection, Testing, and Certification Program, and Fire Suppression Systems Inspections as outlined in Annex 1502000 C – Facility Investment.

  • Term: Not to exceed 60 months (including options).

  • Examples of similar projects within the last five years (yearly value of at least $200,000 for recurring services, similar scope and complexity, prime/subcontractor role, contract value, description, and Government POC).
  • Company profile (offices, employees, annual receipts, location(s), bonding capacity, UEI, CAGE Code).
  • Small business status (e.g., SB, SDB, WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, 8(a)).
  • Geographic area of efficient and economical operation.
