  • Program Management and Maintenance: Continuous operational and implementation support, coordination, and warranty coverage for approximately 2,050 RQI Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Mobile CPR Testing Stations. This includes technical support, troubleshooting, equipment replacement, and reporting.
  • Electronic Courseware: Continued access to the RQI 1Stop digital platform, which delivers American Heart Association-based resuscitation education, manages self-directed course completion workflows (BLS, ACLS, PALS, Responder), provides real-time performance feedback, and integrates with VHA's learning management systems. The courseware must be secure, interactive, scenario-based, PIV-enabled, and compliant with VA cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
