Special Requirements
- Contractor is responsible for quality control and must develop/maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Government performance will be evaluated via a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
- Contractor personnel must possess State Identification and maintain required security levels per DD Form 254.
- Personnel may require AT Level I training and Common Access Card (CAC) issuance based on duties.
- Compliance with NIST SP 800-171 requirements is necessary if applicable.
- A designated Contract Manager must be available 24 hours a day.
- A Phase-Out plan must be submitted to the COR at least 30 calendar days prior to contract end.
