Scope of Work

The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services necessary for the maintenance and calibration of the Multi Shaker Vibration Chamber System. Key services include:

  • Preventative Maintenance & Calibration: Performed according to the Spectral Dynamics Preventative Maintenance Program, after 1000 hours of operation or every six months.
  • System Support: Extended warranty, software updates, onsite calibration, technical support, and phone support for Jaguar Systems and Controllers.
  • Onsite Presence: Twice-yearly regular maintenance visits to Dugway Proving Grounds.
  • Parts & Repairs: Provision of all necessary service replacement parts, filters, oils, and seals. Includes two emergency call-outs for repairs per contract year, and potential backup parts purchase.
  • Subsystem Development: Developing, fabricating, reconfiguring, and installing several subsystems.

Period & Place of Performance

  • Period: One (1) Base Year (2026) and four (4) 12-month option periods.
