Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide vibration inspection and condition monitoring services for rotating equipment at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FermiLab) to maintain continued operation, assess mechanical condition, reliability, and performance, and prevent unplanned downtime.

• Vibration Data Analysis: Conduct spectral (FFT) and time waveform analysis to evaluate unbalance, misalignment, bearing defects, looseness, resonance, gear mesh/vane pass issues, and electrical harmonics. Analysis will be compared against industry standards (ISO/API), OEM specifications, historical trends, and baseline values.
