Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work details the requirements for furnishing labor, materials, and services to provide the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, with rental services for a Variable Moment Vibratory Driver Extractor, along with all necessary accessories, for the Multi-Purpose Vessel (MPV) "Brandy Station".

• Primary Equipment: Rental of an APE Model 170VM Variable Moment Vibratory Driver Extractor with Stand (or equivalent).

• Included Accessories (CLIN 0001): APE Model 500 Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) with biodegradable vegetable hydraulic oil, 100' Hose Bundle, APE 5' Caisson Beam, two (2) APE Model Caisson Clamps, one (1) APR 20" Woodpile/Concrete Clamp, and one (1) APE Model 50 Sheet Clamp.

• Additional Accessories (CLIN 0002): APE Model 5-2 Hydraulic Impact Hammer, APE DB26 Drive Cap Base with Striker Plate & Cushion, APE 14" H-beam Insert, APE Tapered Top-Section Lead (8" x 26" x 10') with 26" Lifting Bale, APE Tapered Mid-Section Lead (8" x 26" x 10'), and APE Stab Leads with Centralizer (8" x 26" x 4' or 3').

• Delivery and Pickup (CLIN 0003): Contractor is responsible for all delivery, pickup, and transportation of equipment, including replacements for damaged or broken-down equipment.

• Period of Performance (POP): March 2, 2026, to August 29, 2026 (up to 6 months).

• Delivery & Pickup Address: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District, Colorado River Locks, 1858 Matagorda Street, Matagorda, TX 77457.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0800 - 1500 hours. No pickups, deliveries, or work on Federal Holidays.

• Compliance: Adherence to EM 385-1-1, Safety and Occupational Health Requirements (Revision 15-MAR-2024), and Federal & State Transportation Laws & Regulations.

• Substitutions: If exact item specifications cannot be met, an equal or equivalent replacement must be submitted with the bid for review.

• Invoicing: Invoices must be submitted to the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) via USPS or email (preferred) and include specific contract information, CLINs, descriptions, quantities, prices, and company details.

• Communication: All communication must include the CONTRACT # and CONTRACT TITLE in the subject line.
