Scope of Work
The VSTTA program will deliver critical EIC related to mass violence and terrorism, human trafficking, elder fraud and financial crimes, and support for victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and homicide. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing TTA to the victim services field, demonstrating an understanding of OVC priorities, field needs, and OVC’s collective TTA efforts.
