Quick Summary
The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is conducting market research via a Sources Sought notice for a Video Game Purchase Plan. This effort aims to identify businesses capable of providing a video game collection development point system for DAF libraries worldwide. Responses will help determine the procurement strategy, including potential small business set-asides. Responses are due June 10, 2026.

The DAF Library Program requires a system to meet video game demand across its 63 libraries globally. This includes providing video games for various platforms (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch), offering materials for collection development (new releases, best sellers, back catalog), and managing ordering with shipping included. The vendor must provide an online ordering system with unique logins for libraries, dedicated customer service, and pre-release/suggested monthly order lists. The system should utilize a commercially available website, as DAF libraries do not require a custom site.
