VILLAGE OF EAST HAZEL CREST STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS, EAST HAZEL CREST, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS (USACE ACQUISITION)

This Pre-Solicitation Notice is being issued by the United States Army Corps of Engineers- Chicago District to inform interested vendors of the district?s intent to issue a solicitation for Village of East Hazel Crest Stormwater Improvements, East Hazel Crest, Cook County, Illinois (USACE Acquisition). PROJECT INFORMATION: The project work includes the replacement of earthen drainage ditches with underground concrete box culverts. The base work includes the installation of 586 linear feet of 6?x2? concrete box culvert. Option 1 includes installing 171 linear feet of 6?x2? concrete box culvert. ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is RESTRICTED to SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The North American Industry System Classification Code is 237110, with a small business size standard in dollars of $45.0 Million. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The requirement is for one (1) year. The solicitation package is planned for advertisement First Quarter Fiscal Year 2026 and bids are planned to be opened in the First Quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. The solicitation will be downloadable from the internet only. The project specification files are PDF files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once the package is released into advertisement at this website, interested bidders may download the full package, which includes- specification and drawing files.
