Procurement Details
This will be an Unrestricted Full and Open competition utilizing a Single-Phase "Best Value Trade-off" award basis, with a HUBZone price evaluation preference. Source Selection Criteria will include Volume I (Past Performance, Technical Approach, Small Business Participation Plan) and Volume II (Price and Pro Forma Information). Offerors must possess CMMC Level 2 certification. A Small Business Participation Plan is a rated evaluation factor for all offerors, and large businesses must submit a Subcontracting Plan. The solicitation package will be available via PIEE.
