- Aligning with USSOCOM 350-29 clinical competencies, dedicated to complex clinical triage and prolonged care, not a general-purpose XR development platform.
- Providing requisite user licenses and administrative access.
- Being accessible via standard government-issued or commercial mobile devices without specialized hardware.
