Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide preventative maintenance (PM) and software upgrades for the VJ Tech Computed Tomography System located at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC).

• Provide a 5-year contract (1 base year + 4 option years) for PM services on the VJT-CABCT450-225-Ti X-ray Computed Tomography System.

• Provide the VG Studio Max Package and upgrade existing software.

• Perform four (4) PMs per year on the specified equipment.

• Ensure equipment is fully operational before departure after each service visit.

• Perform lubrication of system bearing components at OEM-required intervals.

• Conduct X-ray coolant system inspections and fluid replacements every other visit.

• Inspect and lubricate high voltage X-ray electrical cables every other visit.

• Complete inspections of all system safety components and door operation annually.

• Annually provide and install all available software updates for Volex, Vi5, and MyVG Volume Graphics.

• Annually provide and maintain the most current version of Volume Graphics VG Studio Max, including specific modules.

• Provide 40 hours of remote technical support annually.

• Provide Emergency On-Site Support.

• Perform commercial calibration and certification on the equipment, meeting ISO 17025 requirements.

• Provide a Calibration Certificate of Traceability meeting ISO 17025.

• Use only new parts and materials unless otherwise authorized.

• 100% compliance with all specified tasks and requirements.

• Service reports to be provided within 5 business days of completion.

• Corrective Action Report (CAR) responses within 2 business days.
