This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for three (3) Clivet WSAT-YSC4 350.8 air-cooled liquid chillers, or an equivalent product, complete with all necessary accessories. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).

• Period of Performance: Delivery is required no later than September 30, 2026.

• Place of Delivery: Villaggio complex, Vicenza, Italy.

• F.O.B. Point: Destination.

• Submission Deadline: Electronic version in PDF, via email, no later than 14:00 Central European Time (CET) on June 15, 2026. Late quotes will not be considered.

• Submission Format: Quotation consists of two volumes:

  • Volume I (Technical): Detailed description/descriptive literature showing compliance with salient characteristics (Brand Name or Equal). For "equal" products, provide descriptive literature identifying the brand, model, and a side-by-side comparison with salient characteristics.
  • Volume II (Price): Completed Excel Pricing Spreadsheet.
  • Attachment 1: Completed Anti-Mafia Self Certification (for Italian offerors).

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) on an "all or none" basis. Technical evaluation is Acceptable/Unacceptable.

• Quote Validity: Quotes must be valid for 60 calendar days.

• Language: All offers must be submitted in English.

• This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns.

• Active SAM.gov registration with a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) is required.

• Anti-Mafia Self-Certification is required for Italian offerors.

• Pricing must be in EUROS (EUR) with two decimal places.

• The government will use the FY26 budget rate for evaluation (1 USD = 0.9303 EUR).

• Items $5,000 USD or greater require a Unique Item Identifier (UID).

• Questions must be submitted to the POCs by 14:00 CET, June 05th, 2026.

• The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference, accessible at www.acquisition.gov.

• Exchange Rate: An exchange rate of $1 = 0.9303 Euro for FY26 is provided.
