Scope of Work
The requirement is for comprehensive telecommunication services, including:
- Voice POTs and fax lines
- Primary Rate Interface (PRI)
- Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) with a minimum bandwidth of 250 Mbps. The contractor will be responsible for providing and maintaining fixed wireless and fiber circuit connectivity between DZHC and NNMC, ensuring continuous availability of services with a 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA). - A cover letter with company information (UEI, Point of Contact, GWAC/GSA Schedule, business size, company type, teaming arrangements).
- The completed Indian Health Service Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form, self-certifying that the enterprise meets the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” (at least 51% Indian owned and controlled).
- Responses from sources other than IEE/ISBEE will not be accepted.
