Interested small businesses must submit the following via email to Zachary Tevis (zachary.r.tevis.civ@army.mil) and Seth I. Swieter (seth.swieter@us.af.mil):

  1. "SOURCES SOUGHT RESPONSE FORM" (Attachment 1) completed in its entirety.
  2. Indicate interest in competing as a prime contractor and identify any subcontracting, joint ventures, or teaming arrangements.
  3. Detailed information on previous experience (prime or subcontractor) for similar requirements, including size, scope, complexity, timeframe, and pertinent certifications. The attached form specifically asks about experience with airports requiring construction phasing, major airfield lighting projects (last 10 years), electrical vaults, medium voltage splicing certification, and airfield pavement design.

Capability packages shall not exceed fifteen (15) pages. This is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
