• Basis for Award: Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection. Award will be made to the responsible supplier whose proposal is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price. Fermilab intends to award without discussions.

• Proposal Submission Deadline: Quotations Close on 02/09/2026.

• Required Documents: The RFP response must include a completed RFP page with a price, a completed SARC (Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs), and PUR-466 (Proposal Certifications).

• Evaluation Criteria: Technical acceptability and lowest evaluated price.
