Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for Voyage Repair services for the USS SHIP (LCC 20). The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella (FLCSI) - Site Naples has a requirement for these services.

• The work items to be quoted are detailed in Attachment J-2 Work Specifications Package.

• Specific work items include repairs related to:

  • FILTER CLEANING SHOP
  • STERN MOORING STATION
  • MAIN CIRCULATION PUMP INSULATION

• Technical Capability will be evaluated as "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable". Only acceptable quotes will be further evaluated on price.

• This RFQ is not a Small Business Set-Aside.

• Contractors are required to be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov).

• Standard Form 18 (Request for Quotation) must be completed and submitted.

• If the successful offeror has an active Navy Master Agreement for Repair and Alteration of Vessels (MARAV), award will be a firm fixed price job order under that agreement.
