• Contract Type: One-time commercial, firm-fixed price.

• Delivery: 30 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO), FOB Destination.

• Place of Delivery: 6137 Wardleigh Rd, Bldg. 1515, Hill AFB, UT 84056.

• Offer Due Date: 10 Feb 2026 at 5:00 PM MST.

• Required Information: Include Cage code and SAM UEI when submitting bids.

• Evaluation Basis: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Evaluation Factors: Price and technical capability of the item offered.

• Award: A single award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. Only the lowest priced proposal will be evaluated for technical acceptability.

• The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
