- Relocating mounted monitors between specified rooms.
- Upgrading projectors and AV equipment (AV bridge, USB extenders, transmitter, receiver, camera) in various buildings.
- Providing 12 hours per day, seven days per week (12x7) technical service support.
- Performing preventive maintenance in classrooms.
- Providing Next Day Replacement of Parts (RMA).
- Ensuring a One (1) Hour Response Time for troubleshooting.
