Scope of Work
This requirement covers the maintenance, support, and license renewal of VTScada software for the base-wide high voltage distribution monitoring and control system, and the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant monitoring and control systems. Key deliverables include:
- VTScada software license renewals (specific serial numbers).
- VTScada Support Plus Plan renewal.
- Hardware and Software Support Services, including quarterly site visits (up to four days each), remote phone/email support, and in-house administrative support.
- Support for VMware vSphere Essential Kit Plus Kit.
- Hardware support for Schweitzer Electric Laboratories (SEL) and Schneider Electric equipment.
- Minor system migrations, operator changes, severe to server data migrations, and PLC updates/troubleshooting.
- Emergency on-site visits (two per year, within 2 hours response).
- Cybersecurity implementation to ensure compliance with DOD, NIST, DISA, and ATO requirements.
- Preventative maintenance services for SCADA workstations/servers, VTScada applications, substations, control panels, and spare parts inventory.
