Scope of Work
This opportunity seeks a perpetual, node-locked VxWorks 653 Multi-Core Edition Cert Edition 3 license that meets DO-178C DAL-B certification standards, supports avionics systems, and provides ARINC 653 application support. Key requirements include development and debugging tools, multi-core processor support, and time/space partitioning. The procurement also includes object code, node-locked support and maintenance for the VxWorks software, providing access to Wind River's online knowledge base and customer support, as well as project license maintenance. Submission & Evaluation
All quotes/responses must be submitted via email to JaNae Lester at janae.a.lester.civ@us.navy.mil. Offerors' initial submissions should represent their best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers based on submitted capabilities and quotes. Required submission information includes FOB, shipping cost, Tax ID#, Dun & Bradstreet #, Cage Code, Small Business status, GSA Contract No. (if applicable), and estimated delivery date. Payment will be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
Additional Notes
Early and partial shipments are acceptable. Electronic equipment packages require a "DO NOT SCAN" sticker. Receiving dock hours are Monday through Friday, 0630-1500 EST.
