Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically in two separate files: Volume I - Technical and Volume II - Price. The Technical Quote must demonstrate meeting minimum requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Offerors must provide past performance information on up to three similar contracts from the past three years, which will be evaluated using CPARS. The Price Quote must be firm-fixed-price, inclusive of all costs, and submitted using the Price Schedule in the SOW. Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on the lowest evaluated price among technically acceptable quotes with acceptable or neutral past performance. Questions are due by April 7, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET.
Special Requirements
The contractor must be an authorized Vyond reseller or partner of record. The proposed Vyond Enterprise Edition must include specific features such as Shared Spaces, brand governance, templates, asset collections, integrated premium voices, and Secure Suite controls.
