This solicitation is for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, to contract the cleaning and repainting of girders and support members on the bridge steel superstructure at W. Kerr Scott Lake and Dam. The work involves cleaning and repainting the existing service bridge, which is 254-feet long with two spans. The existing lead-based paint coating will be removed by blasting or other approved methods, followed by recoating with a moisture-cured urethane paint system. The project requires under-bridge work access platforms and containment systems.

• Cleaning and repainting of bridge steel superstructure.
