  • Access to Distribution Level D drawings requires Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration (DD Form 2345).
  • CMMC Requirement: Contractors must obtain and maintain CMMC Level 2 Certification on or after November 10, 2026. A conditional CMMC Level 2 Self Assessment is required at contract award. Evaluation
