You CANNOT use RS Means, if you use RS Means your proposal will be rejected. Email kaleigh.n.nicksic.civ@army.mil to request access to the Gordian system for quoting. The solicitation will be extended to 12 March 2025. Please request access from 18 February 25 through 25 February 25.
