Scope of Work

This includes a Waste Stream Analysis for RCRA 8 metals, lead-based paint (LBP), and PCBs-in-paint for potentially painted components.
The contractor shall quantify environmental contamination and propose methods for its safe removal and disposal. All sampling and recommendations must adhere to Federal, State, and local regulations. Laboratory testing and analysis are required within 35 workdays of site sampling completion. A Pre-Demolition Assessment Report must be submitted within 15 workdays of receiving sample results. The survey must be comprehensive, covering the facility exterior, roof, basement/crawl spaces, and the report must detail any inaccessible areas, their size, and previous use.
