This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for removal and disposal of existing flooring coverings throughout the Visitor Center and Project Office. Exhibit A contains the Visitor Center and Project Office building layout and measurements. All provided measurements are approximate and the contractor shall be responsible for obtaining measurements. The contractor?s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programing, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Quotes are due on 18 June 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238330. The size standard is $19M.The solicitation will be available on the web only.
