Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes on company letterhead, including their UEI No., point of contact phone number, and email address. If applicable, GSA contract numbers should be provided. Submissions must adhere to FAR provision 52.212-1 and include a completed FAR provision 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items). Technical acceptability requires conformity to all aspects of the statement of work, supported by a statement of acceptance and documentation.
