• Cheetah Pro herbicide (or equal): 150 gallons, Active ingredient: Glufosinate Ammonium 24.5%. Must be suitable for prevention and control of bare ground and non-crop area annual and perennial weeds.

• All proposed "equal products" must be reviewed for equivalency (active ingredient, concentration).

• All herbicides must be registered for use in Washington and Oregon.

Statement of Work (SOW)

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Mid-Columbia River National Wildlife Refuge Complex requires the purchase of herbicide sterilant to maintain grounds of selected roads, work sites, parking lots, and non-crop areas within their refuges.

• The vendor shall supply specific quantities of herbicides and sterilants, or equal products meeting "SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS".

• Esplanade 200 SC: 7.5 gallons (Active ingredient: Indaziflam 19.05%). Suitable for long-lasting pre-emergence control of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in non-crop areas.

• Plateau Herbicide: 15 gallons (Active ingredient: Imazapic 23.6%). Suitable for pre-emergence and early post-emergence control of annual and perennial grasses and broadleaf weeds to maintain bare ground and annual grasses in non-crop areas.

• Cheetah Pro herbicide: 150 gallons (Active ingredient: Glufosinate Ammonium 24.5%). Suitable for prevention and control of bare ground and non-crop area annual and perennial weeds.

• Proposed "equal products" will be reviewed for equivalency of active ingredient(s) and concentration.

• All herbicides must be registered for use in Washington and Oregon.

• Products shall be delivered within 30 days of contract award.

• Vendor must notify and confirm delivery time at least 24 hours prior to delivery.

• Inspection and Acceptance: USFWS will inspect products upon arrival for undamaged condition. Evaluation and acceptance by the Technical Coordinator and/or Refuge staff.
