Airfield Operations:

• Extend contractor-ran airfield hours to cover 0700-1900 (Sunday-Monday) and 1700-1900 (Tuesday-Saturday) for P-8 or P-8 support missions.
• Extend airfield hours for around-the-clock mission requirements as notified by the KO.
• Provide ATC and fueling support.
• Conduct daily weather observations (0700-1900 Wake Island Time Zone).
• Provide fueling and forklift support during extended hours (1900-0700).
• Comply with airfield operations standards, including Foreign Object Debris (FOD) removal, aircraft marshaling, vehicle operations, and flight planning room establishment.
• Monitor CTAF and VHF frequencies.
• Provide airfield, weather, and BASH information to aircrews.
• Provide transient alert service and respond to aircraft.
• Perform weather operations, including surface weather observations and augmenting ASOS.

Passenger Services:

• Advise Airlift Clearance Authority (ACA) on material handling equipment, food containers, and cargo backlog.
• Advise 735 AMS/ATOC of passenger information upon aircraft departure.
• Process arriving and departing passengers and baggage.
• Screen Space Available passengers using TSA E-Secure Flight system.

Air Terminal and Cargo Operations:

• Advise ATOC of cargo and passenger information upon aircraft departure.
• Label, mark, pack, and document cargo according to specified regulations.
• Process, load, and unload all cargo.
• Brief aircraft commanders on hazardous or special handling cargo.

Aircraft Refueling/Defueling and Flightline Support Equipment:

• Respond to requests for aircraft refueling/defueling and flightline support equipment within 30 minutes.

Emergency Response Plan:

• Provide emergency fire, medical, spill response, and aircraft response services.
• Respond to medical emergencies, In-Flight Emergencies, and POL/hazardous material spills within 30 minutes.

Additional Services:

• Forklift support (10k and 6k).

• Flatbed truck.

• 12 PAX Vans.

• Meal and water service for up to 150 personnel for two 60-day periods.

• Provide berthing for up to 150 personnel, including head, shower, trash removal, and laundry support.

• Establish capability for credit card payment for meals and billets.

• Provide transportation from airfield OPS to billeting and dining facility.

• Provide medical services, including life, limb, or eyesight sustainment until evacuation.

• Provide one room with 110v outlets for MTOC communications gear.
