Justification
The FCC has determined that Dow Jones & Company, Inc. is the sole provider of the Wall Street Journal Corporate subscription. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the contracting officer has found that circumstances deem only one source reasonably available. Due to the unique nature of the offering and the FCC's reliance on it, other vendors are unlikely to be considered.
