Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required by the submission date. Invoicing and payment will be processed via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Contractors must retain documented evidence of supply chain traceability and ensure Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) markings are applied to quote files.
