Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive services for the repair and refurbishment of the existing EST Companies LLC Foaming System (EST Part # 25175HWF3X5) at Dyess AFB, TX. This includes:
- System Refurbishment: Repair and replacement of key components such as ten (10) Stainless Steel Hose Reel Stands, five (5) 4X Revere Stainless-Steel Remote-Control Panels, three (3) Revere Hot Water Wash Systems, three (3) Revere Foamer Systems, Revere Wash System Controls, and a new 15hp screw air compressor. The system needs modification to use only Type 1 soap, and boiler coils require replacement.
- Ancillary Tasks: Supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, labor, safety equipment, removal of existing equipment, jobsite clearing, and disposal of refuse. Pre-staging of equipment is allowed with prior coordination.
- Preventative Maintenance: Provide 12 monthly on-site preventative maintenance visits.
- Training: Train a minimum of 3 military personnel on equipment usage and maintenance.
- Warranty: Provide a minimum 1-year commercial warranty.
- Performance Standards: On-site repairs must be completed within 30 calendar days, and a comprehensive work plan submitted within 90 calendar days. Weekly progress reports are required.
