Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the rental and associated maintenance of 34 washers and 34 dryers across various government-owned or leased buildings within Grand Teton National Park. The contractor will be responsible for:
- Supplying all labor, equipment, parts, tools, supervision, transportation, and materials.
- Delivery, installation, and continuous maintenance and repairs of "non-vending" machines.
- Moving, adding, or removing units to other park locations as needed.
- Ensuring all new washers and dryers are Energy Star compliant, with washers being low-flow.
- Adhering to specific machine specifications (e.g., heavy-duty, metal/porcelain tubs, 1/2 hp motors for washers, electric dryers with timed cycles).
- Resolving repair requests within 48 hours (Sunday-Thursday) or by Tuesday evening (Friday-Saturday). Machines with three or more service requests must be replaced.
- Winterizing and preparing seasonal use locations.

- Period of Performance: A base year (May 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027) plus four one-year option periods. The total contract duration, including options, will not exceed 5 years and 6 months.
