• The period of performance has been updated to reflect the changes from Amendment 0001. The new period of performance is 05/01/2026 to 04/30/2027.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide the supply, installation, and maintenance and repair of 34 washers and 34 dryers at various government-owned or leased buildings within Grand Teton National Park.

• Provide all labor, equipment, parts, tools, supervision, transportation, and materials for continuous and reliable washer and dryer services.

• Machines provided shall be "non-vending" (not requiring coin or paper currency).

• The contractor must be able to move, add, or remove units to different park locations as needed, with pricing adjusted accordingly.

• Install heavy-duty washers (at least 14 lbs and 3 cubic feet capacity, 1/2 hp motors, with three selectable wash levels and water temperature choices) and comparable electric, heavy-duty dryers (with at least 3 timed cycles including normal, no heat, and permanent press).

• Machines must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and electrical standards.

• Tubs and drums shall be metal with porcelain coating or stainless; machine tops shall be porcelain.

• Seasonal locations require units to be drained and winterized in the fall and prepared for service in the spring.

• Current machines will be removed by the outgoing contractor, and new machines installed by the incoming contractor.

• All requests for repairs must be resolved within 48 hours.

• Service requests received Sunday-Thursday must be corrected within 48 hours.

• Service requests received Friday-Saturday must be corrected by Tuesday evening.

• Machines with three or more service requests must be replaced with a similar or new machine in excellent working order.

• Contractor shall provide a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week contact phone number with a message machine for service problems.

• Upon completion of service repairs, other units at the same location should be monitored for possible maintenance.

• Monthly invoices must include a history of service corrections made during the month.

• The SOW applies to various locations within Grand Teton National Park.

• The specific period of performance is not detailed in this document but is implied to cover the duration of the contract.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products/services for the rental and associated maintenance of laundry machines for Grand Teton National Park. The National Park Service intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. This announcement serves as the only solicitation, and proposals are being requested.

• Rental and maintenance of laundry machines (washers and dryers).

• Includes machine rental, delivery, installation, travel, and all maintenance and repairs.

• Thirty-four (34) washers and thirty-four (34) dryers are required.

• Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA) applies.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed-price.

• Period of Performance: Base Year (05/01/2026 - 04/30/2027) plus four option years.

• Option Year 1: 05/01/2027 - 04/30/2028

• Option Year 2: 05/01/2028 - 04/30/2029

Statement of Work (SOW)

• Dryers: electric, comparable sized heavy-duty types, at least 3 timed cycles (including normal, no heat, and permanent press).

• Contractor shall service mechanisms as per manufacturer specifications.

• All repair requests must be resolved within 48 hours.

• Machines with three or more service requests must be replaced with a similar or new machine.

• Contractor shall not provide replacements older or less efficient than specified.

• Current machines will be removed by the outgoing contractor; new machines will be installed by the awarded contractor.

• Service requests received Sunday-Thursday must be corrected within 48 hours.

• Service requests received Friday-Saturday must be corrected by Tuesday evening.

• When service repairs are complete, other units at the same location should be monitored for possible maintenance.

• Monthly invoices must provide a history of service corrections made during the month.

• The contract covers various locations within Grand Teton National Park.

• Seasonal use locations will require draining and winterizing in the fall and preparation for service in the spring.

• Contractor must provide a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week contact phone with a message machine capable of accepting service problems.

• Units indicated as seasonal use will need to be drained and winterized in the fall and prepared for service in the spring.
