- Provision of two (2) 10-yard dumpsters for miscellaneous waste with bi-weekly pick-up.
- Provision of one (1) 30-yard roll-off dumpster for waste with monthly pick-up. Historical requirements for 30-yard roll-off dumpsters are based on size, not weight. The contractor is responsible for managing disposal and preventing overflow.
- Submission of a written Quality Control Plan (QCP) within 10 days of contract award.
- A kickoff meeting within ten (10) business days after contract award.
- There are no government-owned totes; the contractor provides the required number per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Substitution of equipment for cardboard disposal is not permitted.
