Scope of Work

The requirement involves the removal, transportation, and disposal of fuel oily wastewater from three 1,000-gallon Convault tanks (total 3,000 gallons) located in the Fuel Storage yard at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, VA. Services must be accomplished within 24 hours of a service request during normal base operating hours (0730-1630, Monday-Friday). Operations must comply with DAFI 23-201 Fuels Management Chapter 8.2 Fuels Environmental and Safety Responsibilities. The contractor is responsible for spill cleanup and potential reimbursement for government resources used in contractor-caused spills. Contractor personnel must comply with DAFFARS 5352.242-9000 for installation access and be escorted by a Fuel Management Flight member while on site.

Anticipated Contract Details

The anticipated performance period is one (1) 12-month base period with four (4) one-year option periods. The estimated Request for Quote (RFQ) release date is on or about May 8, 2026, with an anticipated award date on or about May 24, 2026.

Interested parties must submit a capabilities package, not exceeding 8 pages, outlining their key business abilities relevant to the requirement and addressing questions in Attachment 1 (not provided in input, but mentioned).
