Statement of Work (SOW)

To return the CGC Patoka's pier to full functionality by repairing and ensuring the operability of its sewage offload and potable water systems from all stations.

• Provide all labor and materials for the project.

• Replace approximately 150 ft of sewage piping and fittings at the pier.

• Replace approximately 150 ft of potable water piping and fittings at the pier.

• Replace insulation and heater strips on the pier's piping system.

• Ensure both the new potable water and sewage systems are fully operational, with Coast Guard COR present during testing.

• Ensure new heating strips are operational, with Coast Guard COR present during testing.

• Remove all trash and debris from the project area upon completion.

• Furnish any additional items needed to complete the project.

• Systems must be fully operational.

• Coast Guard COR must be present during testing of sewage, potable water, and heating strip systems.

• Deliverables must be accepted by the COR.

• Place of Performance: Contractor's facilities with frequent visits to the USCGC Patoka, 1797 Harborfront Rd, Greenville, MS 38701.

• Contractor personnel must comply with all applicable Government regulations, policies, and procedures (fire, safety, sanitation, environmental protection, security, etc.).

• Contractor employees must present a professional appearance and conduct that does not reflect discredit on the United States or DHS.

• Contractor must ensure continuity of support and maintain required staffing levels.

• Government will not furnish any resources; Contractor must furnish all facilities, materials, equipment, and services.

• Contractor has 30 business days to make corrections and redeliver if a deliverable is rejected.
