Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This PWS outlines the requirements for non-personal Water and Wastewater Analytical Services for the Fort Detrick Wastewater Treatment Plant and Drinking Water Treatment Plant. The primary objective is to ensure compliance with operating permits issued by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through recurring, certified testing services.
