Eligibility & Evaluation
Offerors must meet specific qualification requirements:
- Contracting Company: Minimum 10 years of experience as a contracting company and 10 years performing similar supervision/operations/maintenance contracts.
- Superintendent: Must hold appropriate T3 or T4 licenses for water systems and W5/WA licenses for wastewater systems, with a minimum of 5 years as a licensed superintendent and 7 years of experience managing water and wastewater facilities.
- Personnel: OSHA certified personnel are required.
