NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:
The Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed priced, requirements, service contract for preventative maintenance and training for two water blast systems at the Letterkenny Army Depot to Cesco, Inc., 7251 Cross County Rd, North Charleston, SC, 29418-3300, CAGE Code 6K233. The period of performance of this contract will include one twelve (12) month base year period and four twelve-month options. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer, Cesco, Inc. The place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is NAICS 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The size standard is $12,500,000.00. The service code is J049 - maint/repair/rebuild of equipment- maintenance and repair shop equipment. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Simplified Acquisition Procedures at 41 U.S.C. 1901.
Solicitation number W911N2-26-Q-A011 will be released on or about 17 December 2025, with a closing date on or about 05 January 2026. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://sam.gov on or about 17 December 2025. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
