Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the deinstallation, disposal, and replacement of current RO carbon filter tanks. Key requirements include:

- Provision of AGC40-XI Catalytic Carbon Filter tanks (Brand Name or equal), compliant with AAMI ST108:2023, ANSI/AAMI 23500, and other relevant water quality standards.
- All labor, equipment, materials, and tools for deinstallation, disposal, and installation.
- Provision of two sets of clinical and technical manuals, and a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Complete warranty information.
- Handling all necessary plumbing, electrical, and site preparation.
- Ensuring personnel are trained and qualified, and providing safety equipment/PPE.
- Debris removal, including providing a dumpster.
