Scope of Work
The contractor will perform a standalone service to:
- Remove and replace components on two altitude valves (10-inch and 12-inch) located in the underground maintenance pit of Building 8214.
- Replace specific components including ball valves, tubing & fittings, pilot valves, pressure gauges, internal rubber, gaskets, and strainers.
- Apply "Electric Blue" paint (RGB 125, 249, 255 or #7DF9FF) to the repaired valves, meeting NSF/ANSI 61 requirements.
- Dispose of all construction debris off the installation.
- Work must be completed within a maximum of two (2) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, ensuring minimal interruptions to base operations.
- All work is warranted for one (1) year from the date of acceptance.
