The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Water Quality Testing Services, Upper Connecticut River Basin, VT & NH.
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to execute both potable and non-potable (public beach) water collection and analyses at designated US Army Corps of Engineers owned reservoirs and projects within Upper Connecticut River Basin that meet State and Federal regulations for the state that the samples are collected in to protect public health as described below. Services include provision of appropriate sampling containers, sample collection, public water system assessments as required by Vermont and New Hampshire, as well as analysis of water samples. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541380 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
