Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment for the complete removal and disposal of the existing Ecowater water softener system (Model EWS322S) and the installation of a new commercial station-wide water softener system. The new system must be a vertical pressure type, including a pressure vessel, softening resin, control valve, brine maker, and electronic controller, meeting industry standards. The scope includes connecting the new system to existing water supply, drain, and power, installing new piping, ball valves, and fittings. A minimum three (3) year warranty on all materials and workmanship is required from the date of acceptance. Work will be performed at the Fort Totten LE Adult Detention Center during normal operational hours (M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM).
