Scope of Work
This requirement is for six (6) HIGH PRESSURE WATER SYSTEM PUMPS, MAXIMATOR US (MAXPRO TECHNOLOGIES) P/N MTPP15-W-PP111-HL-N-G-2V-RD. These pumps are critical for Organization 2305 - Nuclear Engineering. Each pump system must include:
- PP111S-HL Air Driven Pump with Hand Lever (1:130 ratio, Polyurethane seals & Buna-N O-rings)
- Drive air inlet filter, panel mounted air regulator, and pressure gauge
- Drive air ball type shut off valve
- Complete water circuit rated for 15,000 PSI
- Stainless steel portable base plate with handle and vertical control panel
- Heise 6" CM Precision Pressure Gauge (0-15,000 PSI)
- 2,500 - 25,000 PSIG Adjustable Relief Valve
- 36,000 PSIG rated Maximator® brand isolation & vent valves
- 65,000 PSIG rated Maximator® brand fittings & tubing for high pressure plumbing
- Specific connections for drive air inlet, water inlet, high pressure outlet, and vent outlet.

Access to Norfolk Naval Shipyard requires compliance with the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS). Packaging must adhere to ASTM-D-3951-18. The contract prohibits the intentional addition of mercury or mercury compounds. Item Unique Identification and Valuation (DFARS 252.211-7003) is required for items with a unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or more.
