This solicitation is for the procurement of HIGH PRESSURE WATER SYSTEM PUMPS. The pumps are intended for use by Organization 2305 - Nuclear Engineering, with the fiscal year 2026 requirement identified under AMS: N42158-26-SIMACQ-NNSY-2305-0045.

• Six (6) High Pressure Water System Pumps, specifically the MAXIMATOR US (MAXPRO TECHNOLOGIES) P/N MTPP15-W-PP111-HL-N-G-2V-RD.

• Each pump system must include:

  • PP111S-HL Air Driven Pump with Hand Lever (1:130 ratio, Polyurethane seals & Buna-N O-rings).
  • Drive air inlet filter.
  • Panel mounted air regulator and 2.5" dia., 0-160 PSIG pressure gauge.
  • Drive air ball type shut off valve.
  • Complete water circuit rated for 15,000 PSI.
  • Stainless steel portable base plate with handle and vertical control panel.
  • Heise 6" CM Precision Pressure Gauge (0-15,000 PSI).
  • 2,500 - 25,000 PSIG Adjustable Relief Valve.
  • 36,000 PSIG rated Maximator® brand isolation & vent valves.
  • 65,000 PSIG rated Maximator® brand fittings & tubing for high pressure plumbing.
  • Drive air inlet: 1/2" FNPT.
  • Water inlet: 1/4" high pressure coned and threaded connection.
  • High pressure outlet: 1/4" high pressure coned and threaded connection.
  • Vent outlet: 1/4" high pressure coned and threaded connection.

• A Certificate of Compliance is required.

• The contract type is Firm Fixed Price.

• Delivery is on or before July 1, 2026.

• The solicitation issue date is February 24, 2026.

• The offer due date is March 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM local time.

• FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-3, and 52.212-4 are incorporated by reference and attached.

• DFARS clauses are incorporated by reference and full text.

• Item Unique Identification and Valuation (DFARS 252.211-7003) is required for items with a unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or more, or as otherwise specified.

• Payment instructions will be processed through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

• This acquisition is unrestricted.

• Access to Norfolk Naval Shipyard requires compliance with the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).

• Packaging must be in accordance with ASTM-D-3951-18, Standard Practice for Commercial Packing.

• The contract prohibits the intentional addition of mercury or mercury compounds.

• Offerors must comply with all applicable FAR and DFARS clauses, including those related to representations and certifications.
