Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive water testing services, including laboratory analysis of samples collected by Forest Service personnel for various contaminants (Microbiological, Radiological, Inorganics, Organics, Secondaries, Lead and Copper, Disinfection residuals, Filtration). For monitoring wells at Albany Landfill and East Central Lagoon, the contractor will also be responsible for sample collection. Services include providing necessary laboratory expertise, labor, equipment, and supplies, as well as materials for FS personnel to collect and ship samples (coolers, pre-paid labels). All monitoring results must be submitted to the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES).

- Option Year 1: December 15, 2026 – December 14, 2027
- Place of Performance: Multiple locations including Campton, Gorham, Lincoln, Albany, and Bartlett in NH, and Crocker Pond Campground in Maine.
- Accreditation: Laboratories must be accredited by the New Hampshire Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program.
- Wage Determinations: Applicable Service Contract Act Wage Determinations (WD 2015-4021 and WD 2015-6075) apply, establishing minimum wage rates and fringe benefits for specific counties in New Hampshire.
Submission & Evaluation
